Clarity Genomics finalist in the Pistoia Alliance President’s Startup Challenge

The 2018 Pistoia Alliance President’s Challenge looks for informatics and technology focused startups aiming to impact the way life science R&D is performed.

Rayan Chikhi, Advisor to Clarity Genomics, Scores Highest in the Assembly Category for the Strain Community Challenge hosted by DNAnexus-Powered Mosaic Microbiome Platform

Clarity Genomics joins Johnson & Johnson’s JLINX

The JLINX incubator will help Clarity Genomics develop a platform that learns how human microbiome communities interact with the host.  This is done through analysis of genetic, functional and metabolic data. Clarity applies this knowledge to facilitate biomarker discovery and patient stratification for better healthcare.

Clarity Genomics is one of the first startups on Johnson & Johnson’s JLABS incubator in Belgium

There are already a handful of innovative medical and health startups on the site, including Clarity Genomics which focuses on microbiome analysis in clinical trials.
